Tournament Features
The format for the tournament is a four-player scramble with a maximum of 64 teams, divided into morning and afternoon schedules. Features include:
- Hole-in-one grand prize
- First and second place prizes in three flights
- Morning and afternoon par 3 closest to the hole prizes
- Prizes for longest drive (men and women)
- Door prizes
- Range balls included
- Putting contest included

Checks should be made payable to Maury Regional Health Care Foundation and mailed to 1224 Trotwood Avenue, Columbia, TN 38401. Payment is due prior to the tournament.
All proceeds from the golf tournament will benefit the Maury Regional Health Care Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Financial support received through the foundation is used for projects that include community health initiatives, education scholarships, and other health-related projects.
